What is the best city to visit and study spanish in Colombia?

What is the best city to visit and study spanish in Colombia? I would like to be able to experience authentic Colombian culture (not simply the side that is based on tourism) and be able to interact with local people and practice the Spanish language while on a trip there. I prefer medium sized cities, but won't entirely rule out Bogota if it really is the best option. I would also prefer to go somewhere that has good language schools. Any recommendations? What is the best city to visit and study spanish in Colombia...
