Clothe Shopping in Bogota

I'm going to be moving to Bogota for a year to teach english and I am trying to decide what to pack. I hear its quite cheap there so I planned to buy most of the clothes I will need down there. Can anyone tell me what the clothes shopping is like in Bogota? Is it cheap? Where are the good places to go?
